Payment
Uber Mama welcomes payment by Credit Card, Debit Card or by Cheque.

We accept Credit Card / Debit Card payments via Protx. Cards we accept include:- MasterCard / Visa / Visa Delta / Visa Electron / Switch / Maestro.

If you choose to pay by cheque please make it out for the Order Total and make it payable to Uber Mama. In addition please write your order reference on the back of your cheque (this reference will appear on the checkout screen once you have submitted this form). Please then mail your cheque to Uber Mama, 136 Featherstone Grove, Gosforth, Newcastle-upon-Tyne NE3 5RJ.

Please note :- Orders will not be despatched until the customer's funds or cheque have cleared in full.

Order Notes
Please note that all transactions will be carried out in Sterling. Once you have placed your order, confirmation will be sent to you via e-mail complete with Transaction and Order Reference numbers.

Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible but once orders have left us, they are processed by Royal Mail. Delivery times may vary particularly during peak periods & excludes weekends and bank holidays. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by strike action or other events outside of our control. Please note that if an item goes missing whilst being processed by Royal Mail, we reserve the right to ask you to wait 15 working days before we re-dispatch the item or offer a refund.If an incorrect or undeliverable delivery address has been supplied then neither Royal Mail or Uber Mama can be held responsible for delayed or lost orders.

Returns Policy & Guarantee
We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with a no fuss guarantee. If an item is damaged or does not work, please contact us to arrange a replacement or refund. If you wish to return something because it is not as expected, or to exchange it for something else, then please return the item unused and in its original packaging. We will gladly refund the full purchase price. In either case please contact us within 10 days of receipt of your parcel and when returning goods obtain a proof of posting certificate from the post office. We cannot however credit return postage.

Cancelling your order
In accordance with the EU Distance Selling Directive, you are entitled to cancel your order at anytime within 30 days of receiving your goods. If you wish to cancel an order under these terms, first contact us and then return your products unopened within 30 days of receiving your parcel.
